Terms & Conditions

1. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. 

 

2. Pricing is based on the information provided and may be adjusted if additional work or conditions are identified.

3. Johnson’s Hydro Clean LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces or materials. 

​

4. Client Responsibilities: Provide clear and safe access to the work area. Remove fragile items, vehicles, and personal belongings from service areas. Notify the Company of any pre-existing damage or concerns regarding the property.

5. Any job quoted over $300.00, Half of quoted price is due 48hrs before start of the job, Remaining Half is due upon completion of services unless paying cash or otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability: The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, water intrusion due to defective property conditions, or damage to unsecured items. The Client must report any service-related damage within 48 hours of completion.

7. Termination: The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if unsafe conditions, nonpayment, or unreasonable conduct occurs.

8. We provide our own water, No customer water will be used.

​

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange and Osceola County, Florida.
